Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees actually received for a named programme (Pulse Desk, Ledger Room, Funnel Table, Night Table, or Quiet Instrumentation). Informational prices on this website are not invoices. Consumer cooling-off rights under United Kingdom law may apply if you enrol as an individual at a distance; we will honour those rights as written in the Consumer Contracts Regulations where they are engaged.

Timeframe

For distance contracts with consumers, you may cancel within 14 days of acceptance unless you have asked us to begin the programme immediately and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery of digital or live teaching has started. For Ledger Room, “started” means the first live session or the first critique returned, whichever is earlier. For Pulse Desk, “started” means the recordings have been made available to you.

Full or partial refunds

If you withdraw within the cooling-off period and we have not begun delivery, you receive a full refund of the programme fee. If you asked us to begin early, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the sessions or recordings already supplied. After cooling-off, a Ledger Room seat may be transferred to a later cohort once, if you write to us at least ten days before the first Tuesday. We do not refund a cohort you simply disliked, or a ledger that told you an unwelcome truth.

If we cancel a cohort because it is under-enrolled, you receive a full refund or a seat in the next room, at your choice. If Imogen Fairfax is unable to teach and we cannot offer a postponement you accept, you receive a full refund of unused sessions.

Non-refundable items

Travel, hotels, and dinners around Hertford are never included and never refunded by us. Third-party platform licences you bought to follow the exercises are yours. Custom Night Table opinions already delivered in writing are not refundable, though unused sittings may be. VAT already filed on an invoice is handled according to HMRC rules and may affect the net amount returned.

Process

Write to info@endpoint-cachecore.digital with the subject line “Refund” and the programme name, invoice date, and reason. We acknowledge within two business days. We may ask for the original payment reference. Do not send card numbers in email.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment route where the bank allows it, within 14 days of our approval. If the original route is closed, we will agree a bank transfer to a UK account in the invoiced name. We do not refund in cash at Collier’s End.

Cancellation by you after cooling-off

You may withdraw from remaining live sessions; fees for sessions not yet held may be considered for a partial credit toward a later Ledger Room, not an automatic cash refund. Pulse Desk access, once granted, is not reversed except where UK cooling-off still applies.

Exceptions

We will not refund where the request is fraudulent, where materials were unlawfully copied and distributed, or where a corporate invoice is disputed only because an internal budget holder changed their mind after week three. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain available.
